SAFEGUARDS AGAINST POPULISM & POLITICAL CO-OPTATION

November 2, 2026November 2, 2026 by 6tdnz

To prevent non-signatory entities or opportunistic actors from co-opting the work of the former political prisoners, the following binding protocols apply.

Baseline Commitment Verification

Entities or public figures who actively sat out, criticized, or refused to support the October 2026 Open Letter and the BRA Statement of Claim & Support cannot assume governance roles or represent the Working Group in international forums without a formal, public realignment with these baseline demands.

Direct Diplomatic Notification

The official roster of designated Working Group representatives is formally registered with foreign ministries (USA, Switzerland, UK, EU states) via official diplomatic notes from BRA. External actors attempting to claim authorization without registration will be publicly disavowed.

No Representation Without Contribution

Access to international diplomatic briefings is granted based on verified expertise and active contribution, not political titles or administrative status in exile.
