Membership is open to individuals committed to the unconditional prioritization of human life and the operational objectives of the Working Group and Eligibility Categories.
Category A (Former Political Prisoners) – individuals with lived experience in Belarusian penitentiary facilities, with priority given to signatories and supporters of the October 20, 2026 Open Letter.
Category B (International Legal & Human Rights Experts)– verified specialists in international humanitarian law, human rights advocacy, and sanction mechanisms.
Category C (Institutional Representatives)– designated delegates from the Belarusian Representative Assembly (BRA) providing administrative, diplomatic, and legal backing.
Mandatory Entrance Requirements
Affirmation of Principles and Explicit endorsement of the Statement of Claim & Support issued by BRA and Open Letter from Former Belarusian Political Prisoners to European Leaders.
Conflict of Interest Disclosure
Sign-off on the Declaration of Independence, affirming zero financial or political affiliation with entities that profit from or sustain the institutional status quo surrounding political repression.
